This land is either owned by ourselves and has land registry documents and permissions already granted or we can search out private land directly in line with your needs. The administration is notoriously long winded in French land transactions so you can be looking for a delay of 2 – 6 months before becoming the rightful owner of the plot.

There is absolutely no risk involved in this process as if the correct paperwork is not forthcoming then the Notaire ( Government appointed Notary ) will not let you sign for the land or indeed pay for it. A 10% deposit is required to secure the land, this will be repaid by law if the sale does not go through. Unviable building land is a waste of everybodys time so if we are not absolutely sure that the paperwork will go through then we do not get involved. Plots of land vary greatly in size, position and price but a good average price to work on is 15 euro to 30 euro per m² for a nice half acre plot in a calm location

We have plots that go from 800m² surface area which are good for investment and holiday home consideration with
a price of between 20000 and 35000 euros to plots of large land which are ideal for main residence or larger properties which go from anything between 35000 and 65000 euros. Location is a major factor on the price of land, but don’t worry too much as the most expensive land tends to be in the major towns and on popular estates wheras most of our customers prefer village and countryside plots which have less services around them but are a lot cheaper.

NONE of our  plots have any disagreeable features such as main roads, big farms, bad views,
flood plains, subsidence,nuclear power plants next door etc etc.
 Choice is obviously down to individual criteria, not all land will suit, but we hope to acheive
your wishes and can always go on a quick hunt for other land if necessary. These are very common
examples of land that we can procure so even if they
do sell quite quickly we will have more coming in as the weeks go by.
We are not a massive company with 1000 customers buying land and ripping off farmers and creating a little Britain, we work directly with the local Mayors and Notaires who already have housing quotas defined in their individual communes and do not overpopulate in respect of local amenities and services.It is easily possible to obtain a nice plot with easy access with a normal garden and then construct a spacious three
