The upper bedrooms of the house were given a full insulation treatment at the same time.

During its 32 year ownership the house was given its second Rentokill treatment in 2005 providing a further 25 year guarantee against woodworm.

The House enjoys the services of an English/French couple who competently maintain the site, including a landscaped and lawned area regularly mown via the sit-on motor mower stored within the Barn/Grange. He is a skilled tradesman able to meet all contingencies
