You will have find various  different base models to provide you with ideas and give you a foundation with which to work on. These models are all to average French specification ( i.e small bedrooms and one bathroom!! )
but you can design your property in any way that you want to.
Once you have decided upon an exterior shell size and design you can then divide off the interiors to your personal tastes.
The best way to judge the pricing of these properties is to work on an average of 1100 euro per m² of surface area for an average quality build up to a price per m² of 1300 euro for a high standard specification and interior finish. The first
100m² of surface area is the most expensive and then any extra scales down accordingly, for instance a 200m² house is not twice the price of a 100m² house.

A choice of kitchen/bathroom suites are included in the price along with tiling, floors, all windows/doors/shutters, heating, guttering, driveway, plumbing, electrics etc. You can literally move in the day of delivery.
Interior painting is left up to the customer along with the landscaping of the garden, this can be organised with the constructor but will incur a higher cost.

The constructor will guarantee a price, specification and delivery date under a legal contract ( also in English )
